Waxing Crescent Moon Sound Bath & Reflective Journaling with
Immerse yourself in a tranquil environment designed to foster introspection and personal growth. As the waxing crescent moon rises, symbolising new beginnings and the nurturing of intentions, participants will be guided through a rejuvenating sound bath session. The soothing sounds produced by various instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, will wash over you, creating a harmonious atmosphere that encourages deep relaxation and mindfulness.
